Resolutions Passed At The Seventh Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Furniweb Industrial Products Berhad ("FIPB") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of FIPB had at the Seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 24th June 2008 approved all the resolutions as prescribed in the notice convening the AGM.
